Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in building relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Financial Institutions (FIs). The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and brings an existing portfolio of clients across Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. This role is crucial to Klickl’s growth trajectory, driving new partnerships, onboarding financial partners, and expanding transaction flows globally.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and partnership targets.
Established portfolio of PSP and/or FI clients, with demonstrable revenue generation history.
Deep understanding of both traditional financial services (Web2) and digital assets/crypto (Web3).
Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, OTC trading, custody, or payment gateways is highly advantageous.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Bilingual or multilingual ability (e.g., English + Mandarin/Arabic/European language) preferred given Klickl’s global footprint.

因Klickl业务遍及全球,具备双语或多语能力(如英语+中文/阿拉伯语/欧洲语言)者优先。
