To support this growth, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Community Moderator from Latin America who is passionate about crypto and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage and moderate YEX’s Spanish-speaking communities (mainly Telegram).
Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide accurate support.
Organize and assist community campaigns (AMAs, giveaways, events).
Collect user feedback and report insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

Native or fluent Spanish, and English can be working language for internal communication.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and exchange products.
Prior experience in crypto community management, preferably in CEX platforms.
Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently.
