VIP Relationship Manager(Korean speaker 韩语）
What You’ll Do Oversee VIP clients operations and manage high net value client relationships Monitor and analyze major customer transaction data and asset accumulation Track new VIP customer onboarding and ongoing account activity Provide one-to-one, customized services for high-level customers Match products and services based on individual customer needs Proactively offer trading strategies and follow through on execution Maintain strong engagement with key VIP clients
职位职责： 负责VIP客户的运营管理和高净值客户关系维护 监控和分析主要客户的交易数据和资产积累 跟踪新VIP客户的入驻和持续账户活动 为高端客户提供一对一的定制化服务 根据客户需求匹配产品和服务 主动提供交易策略并跟进执行 与重要VIP客户保持紧密的互动和沟通
What You’ll Need At least 1-2 years of experience in VIP or high net worth client management Background in the Crypto exchanges or financial institutions (such as insurance, brokerage, banking), with experience in exchange VIP Relationship management preferred Ability to analyze transaction and asset data for major customers Proficiency in Korean and English, or Korean and Chinese for business communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills High responsiveness and client-focused mindset
