Build and enhance data analysis frameworks to track operational metrics and continuously optimize performance.
Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, benchmark best practices, and recommend strategic improvements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in web3 or crypto industry operations, preferably with overseas market exposure.
Solid understanding of social media operations, content marketing, and user growth strategies.
Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to perform under pressure.
Fluency in Korean and either English or Chinese.
本科及以上学历，市场营销、计算机或相关专业优先。
3年以上 Web3 或加密行业运营经验，有海外市场经验者优先。
熟悉社交媒体运营、内容营销以及用户增长策略。
具备活动策划、执行及数据分析能力。
具备良好的沟通与协作能力，并能够在压力环境下高效工作。
韩语流利，并能使用英语或中文进行工作沟通。
