We work closely with high-quality blockchain projects, partners, and communities to build a reliable and efficient marketplace for digital assets. To support this growth, we are looking for a Spanish or Portuguese native speaking Community Administrator from Latin America who is passionate about crypto and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

NATIVE Spanish AND/OR Portuguese speaker.
Good spoken and written English skills.
Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and exchange products.
Prior experience in crypto community management, preferably within centralized exchange (CEX) platforms.
Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and moderate YEX’s Spanish and Portuguese-speaking communities, primarily on Telegram.
Respond promptly to user inquiries, providing accurate and helpful support.
Organize and assist with community campaigns, including AMAs, giveaways, and events.
Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve products and engagement.
