Job Description

05 Sales / BD Growth / BD Manager

Mission

  • Drive user and trader acquisition for our Quant Trading AI product (with historical performance of up to 133% annually)
  • Lead growth through KOLs, affiliates, and strategic crypto partnerships. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and collaborate with KOLs, affiliates, and trading communities
  • Build and expand partner networks to drive user deposits
  • Launch and optimize referral/agent programs
  • Support user onboarding and product adoption
  • Track and own KPIs: new users, deposits, and retained volume

Requirements

  • Background in crypto, exchanges, or trading
  • Strong partnership-building and networking skills
  • Growth-oriented and data-driven mindset
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, KPI-focused
  • Existing network within trading or KOL communities is a plus
