Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-first Full-Stack Engineer (backend-leaning). In this role, engineering productivity and output will be deeply driven by AI systems. Candidates are expected to collaborate with AI agents and integrate AI tools directly into the development workflow.
This role focuses on:
Designing and orchestrating Agent-driven development workflows Using tools like Claude Code / Codex / AMP as primary development interfaces Improving system reliability and maintainability through Spec-Driven Development Independently delivering projects end-to-end, from design to production

Responsibilities Agent-Driven Development Design and implement agent-driven development workflows Build multi-agent collaboration pipelines (development, testing, review, deployment) Decompose complex tasks into structured workflows executable by agents Develop reusable agent pipelines to improve overall engineering efficiency Vibe Coding Practices Deeply leverage tools like Claude Code / Codex / AMP in daily development Build and continuously optimize Vibe Coding workflows (individual or team-level) Constrain, validate, and iteratively refine AI-generated outputs Maintain a balance between development speed and engineering quality Spec-Driven Development Write clear, structured system specifications (APIs, data models, behavior definitions) Generate code based on specifications, rather than manual implementation Establish a closed-loop workflow: Spec → Code → Test → Evaluation Introduce validation mechanisms such as testing, sandboxing, and replay systems to ensure reliability of AI outputs Full-Stack Development (Backend-Focused) Design and implement backend systems (APIs, task orchestration, state management) Deliver full-stack features independently (with basic frontend capability) Build AI-native backend systems (task orchestration, context management, agent scheduling)
