Latin America Crypto Payment Card BD Manager
Responsible for expanding and managing crypto payment card business in Latin America, including recruiting and maintaining card issuing partners, payment channels, and distribution agents to increase card issuance volume and transaction activity. Develop and execute BD strategies for crypto payment cards in Latin America, identify potential partners such as local banks, fintech companies, card networks (Visa/Mastercard), and payment processors. Familiar with Latin America’s payment ecosystem and regulations, capable of analyzing local market dynamics, competitor landscape, and user payment habits. Collect feedback from partners and cardholders regarding product usage to continuously improve card product experience and market competitiveness. Coordinate with internal product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of partners.
Experience in crypto payment cards, prepaid cards, or related fintech products is strongly preferred; candidates with background in traditional card issuing, acquiring, or payment gateways are also welcome. Solid understanding of Latin America’s payment landscape, including familiarity with local payment methods (e.g. PIX, OXXO, PSE) and card network regulations. At least 1 year of BD experience in payment or fintech industry in Latin America; candidates with existing card channel or partner resources are preferred. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus. Web3 or cryptocurrency background is a plus.
