Business Development Manager – Vietnam Location Vietnam (Remote) Job Responsibilities Responsible for expanding the company's business presence in the Vietnam market and driving user acquisition, trading volume growth, and brand awareness. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local KOLs, influencers, crypto communities, media partners, affiliates, and strategic partners. Establish and manage local partnership channels to increase user registrations, deposits, and trading activities. Plan and execute localized growth campaigns, online and offline events, AMA sessions, meetups, and promotional activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior, providing regular market insights and growth recommendations. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful execution of market expansion strategies. Develop and manage partnerships with blockchain projects, venture capital firms, Web3 communities, and ecosystem partners. Track and analyze BD performance metrics, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume. Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets set by the company.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Marketing, or Community Growth. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem. Familiar with Vietnam's crypto market and local user behavior. Existing network of crypto KOLs, communities, media channels, or industry partners in Vietnam is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to independently develop partnerships and drive measurable business results. Native Vietnamese speaker with good English communication skills. Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, blockchain projects, or Web3 companies is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Tier-1 or Tier-2 crypto exchanges. Strong KOL and affiliate resources in Vietnam. Experience organizing local crypto events and community activities. Existing relationships with blockchain projects, launchpads, or Web3 ecosystems. Proven record of achieving user growth or trading volume targets.
