About the Role
We're looking for a Video Host & Video Content Manager to own Bitunix's video presence end-to-end — from concept to camera to publish. You'll be the face and the brain behind our video content across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, responsible for building an engaged audience in the crypto derivatives and trading space.
This is not a coordinator role. You plan it, you shoot it, you edit it, you publish it, and you're accountable for results.
What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Planning
- Independently develop and own the video content calendar across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram Reels)
- Identify trending topics in crypto markets, trading culture, and the broader finance space and translate them into timely, relevant video ideas
- Align content themes with Bitunix's quarterly marketing direction and product launches (new features, campaigns, milestones)
- Research competitor channels and emerging creators in the crypto/trading space to spot gaps and opportunities
On-Camera Hosting
- Appear on camera as a host and presenter — explainer videos, market commentary, product walkthroughs, "did you know" shorts, reaction content, and more
- Deliver content that feels natural, confident, and credible — not scripted and stiff
- Adapt tone and format by platform: long-form educational on YouTube vs punchy and hook-driven on TikTok
Production (Shoot & Edit)
- Handle end-to-end production for your content: scripting, shooting, editing, captioning, and final output
- Comfortable working with standard creator setups (ring light, mirrorless/DSLR or smartphone rig, basic studio or home setup)
- Edit to platform-native formats: proper pacing, captions, B-roll, music, graphics overlays
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for branded assets, templates, and campaign visuals when needed
Channel Growth & Performance
- Own channel metrics: views, watch time, subscriber/follower growth, engagement rate, CTR
- Analyze performance data to understand what's working, iterate quickly, and double down on formats that resonate
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and best practices for both YouTube and TikTok
